An Introduction:

Hello,

First of all, I want to start off by thanking you for taking the time to check us out. I’ve spent the past year building Quest Break into something I could be proud of. It’s been through many iterations, all the way from branding to content structure. I’ve been faced with many challenges along the way, but can happily say we got there in the end!

This journey has always been about sharing my love of video games, the industry and the friends I’ve met along the way. It’s about opening the door to a community of people who share in the vision of what Quest Break hopes to be. This entire site exists because of people’s interest in what I had to say about gaming at large, and their desire to see me succeed in this space.

I hope to make you proud with the work, that my team and I, create here. Our core foundation is community, and we love that you’re here with us, to share in the start of something new and exciting. I poured a lot of thought, love and energy into this project. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

We’re very excited for what’s to come and hope that you come along with us!

Our Opening Statement:

We as a collective, make up Quest Break.

We want to start this journey being as transparent as possible with those reading this and those of you who decide to not only follow us but become a part of the community we hope to form.

We understand that this sort of venture can only survive, and thrive, based on the community it builds. You’re the foundation, and without you none of this exists.

This is first and foremost a hobby for us, but in order for it to grow into something potentially greater than that, we’ll need your support!

In order to achieve that, all we ask is that you engage and interact with our posts on social media (if the topic interests you). To check out our reviews, previews and general coverage on the website. To use our Discord as a community forum, connect with other members and feel comfortable to converse in a safe place.

We will be opening up a Patreon sometime soon. This entire site is self-funded, so if you’d like to help us keep the lights on and have the means to do so, consider supporting us. At the start, we only have plans for a $1 Tier, this is basically for those of you who can help us get off the ground, and for that we greatly appreciate you! We have ideas for a potential $5 option later on, but this will require feedback on your end, so don’t be surprised if we send you some questionnaires on what you’d like to see! (For example: early access to articles / videos that do not fall under an embargo, special roles in discord, monthly community forums etc.)
